Rachael - we meet our freshman year at high school and became fast friends. She got married the summer after our freshman year in college to John, a great guy. They just moved in to a nice house out in
Hutto with lots of space for their little one (including the baby BOY on the
way)s, and of course, Austin, their dog. Rachael was my matron of honor
and a huge help getting the wedding plans off the ground. It is so nice to
drive home to Austin and stop by and visit with her, I feel like we could always
talk for years! The baby shower was so much fun, and they have decided on
a name, John William Coe IV, who will be called Jay so as not to be confused
with John senior or John. The due date is set for the Tuesday after
Christmas and we'll be driving down to check on the happy family that Friday, I
just can't wait!
Colleen - my oldest friend (as in years
of friendship) . . . We went to school together from first through eighth
grade, kept in touch through high school and college, and now we're
together again, as she's a third year vet student here at A&M! I'm
so proud of her, I know she'll be an awesome vet and I'd trust her with
any of my animals.
